My Payment Policy
Payment PoliciesThank you for considering commissioning artwork from me. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding payment procedures, please review the following payment policies:1. Accepted Payment Methods:
Payments will only be accepted via PayPal, Revolut, Wise, or Bank Transfer in CHF (Swiss Francs). These payment methods provide secure and reliable transactions.2. Deposit Requirement:
To initiate a commission, a deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total price must be paid upfront. This deposit confirms your commitment to the commission and reserves your spot in my queue.3. Invoice Issuance:
Upon commission acceptance, I will send you an email detailing the total price for the commission, shipping prices, deposit amount and any applicable taxes or fees. An invoice will be sent using one of the accepted payment methods mentioned above for the deposit payment.4. Commencement of Work:
Work on your commission will commence once the invoice for the deposit payment has been successfully processed and received. Please note that payment for the deposit must be settled in full before work can begin.5. Final Payment and Shipping:
The remaining balance of your commission fee is due upon completion of the artwork and before shipping. You will be notified when the artwork is completed, and the final payment must be settled promptly to facilitate shipping.6. Shipping and Insurance:
Shipping costs will be determined based on the delivery location and shipping method chosen. If you require insurance for your shipment, please inform me at the time of final payment, and I will arrange it accordingly. However, please note that any additional insurance costs will be the responsibility of the client.7. Cancellation Policy:
Failure to settle the invoice within the specified timeframe will result in commission cancellation. In such cases, any deposit paid will be forfeited, and the commission slot will be made available to other clients.These payment policies are designed to ensure a smooth and secure transaction process for both parties involved.
